Queue for coffee at the AMT concession in the railway station.\u00a0 In front the person asks for\u00a0\u201ca small cappuccino to take away\u201d .\u00a0 They only do one size and only takeaway.\u00a0 The person after me says \u201ca cappuccino with sweeteners\u201d.\u00a0 \u201cWe only do one size, and do you have your own sweetener for us to add?\u201d.\u00a0 Me: \u201cA cappuccino, no sugar, with chocolate sprinkles\u201d.\u00a0 \u201cOK, coming up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Not clever.\u00a0 Just, I have been trained.\u00a0 I know the ritual. \u00a0Familiarity breeds easy.
