He asked them what are the most important parts of our body in group drumming. \u00a0The answer?\u00a0 Our ears and eyes \u2013 so we can pay attention to what others are doing.<\/p>\n<p>Occasionally we teach a bit of percussion or rhythm in our workshops \u2013 like that man, we too emphasise the importance of listening to the contribution of others\u2026watching for the cues they make.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regular readers will know we make a big deal of listening in our blogs \u2013 and the links to note taking.
