{"id":2173,"date":"2013-02-21T11:00:18","date_gmt":"2013-02-21T11:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.idenk.co.uk\/blog\/?p=2173"},"modified":"2013-02-21T10:45:33","modified_gmt":"2013-02-21T10:45:33","slug":"now-is-the-moment-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.idenk.com\/blog\/now-is-the-moment-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Now is the moment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you may know we have been interested for many years to see<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idenk.co.uk\/values \" rel=\"nofollow\"> \u2018values in practice\u2019 <\/a>\u2013 for example, a health care system that puts some of the stated concerns (quality, safety, kindness etc.) into practice (see<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idenk.co.uk\/compassion\" rel=\"nofollow&quot;\"> this earlier <\/a>pro-bono work).<\/p>\n<p>We notice, post the seismic impact of the Francis Report into care failings in part of the UK National Health Service, more and more initiatives that are working to get \u2018The Culture\u2019 right, such <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leadershipacademy.nhs.uk\/about\/media\/news\/programmes\/nhs-leadership-academy-to-launch-largest-ever-development-programme-leading-with-compassion\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">as this <\/a>which we see as helping the most critical level of activity in our values model \u2013 Level Four (where leaders work very hard and truthfully to model the values they want).<\/p>\n<p>We are encouraged \u2013 and wish all those seeking to bring about positive changes for patients\/clients\/users\/customers\/consumers\/parents\/children etc. (in whatever sector) the very best.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As you may know we have been interested for many years to see \u2018values in practice\u2019 \u2013 for example, a health care system that puts some of the stated concerns (quality, safety, kindness etc.) into practice (see this earlier pro-bono work).
